Doc grinds one nut at a time and cleans equipment between nut batches. Jars are still packed in a place that handles peanuts and tree nuts. Peanuts and tree nuts, like almonds and pecans, are different allergies. Someone can be allergic to one and not the other. We name every ingredient on the label so you can read it and decide.

Glass is inert, and nut butter is mostly oil. Oil pulls at plastic, but it can't pull at glass. More expensive to jar in glass, but it's worth it.
